Hina started her film career with Puneet Sira's I... Proud to Be an Indian (2004). She palyed the small role of Noor Firoz in this action flick. Her next film was Fun: Can Be Dangerous Sometimes (2005) where Hina played one of the lead roles along with stars like Siddharth Koirala, Aryan Vaid, and Payal Rohatgi. This movie revolves around extramarital affairs. In the Rajpal Yadav starrer Ladies Tailor (2006) she played a character named Jassi.

In 2007, the actress appeared in a horror flick named Ghutan opposite Aryan Vaid as a female ghost Catherine who wants to take revenge on her husband who married her for her money and later murdered her. Tasleem played a minor role in Prakash Saini's Meri Padosan (2009) starring Sarvar Ahuja and Saadhika Randhawa.

Meri Life Mein Uski Wife (2009) was her last release where she was seen opposite Vikas Kalantri. Shakti Kapoor, Antara Biswas, and Upasna Singh were seen with her in this comedy.
